Magnetic contact are divided into wired door magnetic sensors and wireless door magnetic sensors. The specific functions and working principles are introduced as follows:
1. The Function and Working Principle of Wired Door Magnetic Sensors
In the smart home access control system, the function of the door magnetic switch is to be responsible for whether the door magnetic flux is on, whether it is on with magnetic flux (closing the door), and whether it is off with magnetic flux (opening the door). The door magnetic switch is installed on the door and door cover, and the switch is installed inside the house. When used in conjunction with an automatic door closer, it can generally withstand a pulling force of 150 kilograms.
Wired magnetic contact are more concealed for embedded installation, sensing the opening and closing of doors and windows. They are suitable for sending wired normally closed/normally open switch signals to wooden or aluminum alloy doors and windows. Door magnets are used to detect whether doors, windows, drawers, etc. have been illegally opened or moved. It consists of two parts: a wireless transmitter and a magnetic block. The principle of the gate magnetic system is actually the same as that of the bed magnetic system. Here, we mainly take gate magnetism as an example.
2. Function and working principle of wireless magnetic contact
The wire door magnetic sensor is used to monitor the opening and closing status of the door. When the door is opened for any reason, the wireless door magnetic sensor immediately emits a specific radio wave and sends an alarm to the host from a long distance.
The wireless gate magnet is composed of two parts: a wireless transmission module and a magnetic block. There is a "steel reed" component at the two arrows of the wireless transmission module. When the distance between the magnet and the steel reed is within 1.5 centimeters, the steel reed is in a disconnected state. When the distance between the two exceeds 1.5 centimeters, the steel reed tube will close, causing a short circuit, and the alarm indicator light will light up while emitting an alarm signal to the host.
